AIRCRAFT:

Our current fleet consists of:

A low time, instrument-rated 1979 Piper Archer II.  This is an excellent training airplane for private pilot and instrument training.  This aircraft is equipped with a state of the art Garmin GNS 430 unit.

We also offer a low time, instrument certified 1974 Piper Warrior.  This is another excellent training airplane for private pilot and instrument training.

Our aircraft are extremely well-maintained, with flight safety as a priority.  Expense is never spared on repairs. 

AVIONICS:

Our avionics include brand new approach-certified Garmin GNS 430 unit.  This is the most modern avionics, providing excellent situational awareness for beginning pilots and perfect for IFR training for more advanced pilots.

INSURANCE:

Lease Aviation's insurance certificate is posted publicly in our place of business, and the full policy is available for everyone to read.  Watch out for flight schools who hide their insurance information from you.  Aircraft may be intentionally underinsured in order to cut on costs; you may be held liable in an accident.  OUR AIRPLANE IS THE BEST TRAINING AND RENTAL AIRPLANE AT INDIANA AND SURROUNDING AREAS, PERIOD!  IT HAS THE BEST AVIONICS AND INSURANCE COVERAGE.

 

RATES & SPECIALS:

Try a Discovery Flight to get acquainted, for only $179.00.  This includes two hours of flight time with an instructor.  Gift certificates are available.

 
bullet Our basic training airplanes, rent by the hour:  $85 (plus PA tax)for the Warrior and $91 (plus PA tax)for the Archer II.  Blocks of time can be purchased that result in more flying for your dollar.  Buy more than $1,000 of rental time and get an additional 10% added on.  For example, purchase a $2,000 block and bank $2,200 worth of flight time. bullet The standard instructor's fee is $25.00 per hour of instruction.
